Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Additionally, please provide proof of purchase.

Please note that certain products, such as digital subscriptions or personalized items, may not be eligible for return or refund. We will clearly indicate any such exceptions on the product page.

Once we have received your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment, or arrange for an exchange as per your request.

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once a digital product has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded.   • Please note that we may request photo evidence of the issue to facilitate the return or exchange process.
  • In rare cases where a replacement item is unavailable, we will offer a full refund.

Cancellations

If your order has not been shipped yet, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. However, if your order has already been shipped, you will need to initiate a return following our standard return policy.

Exchanges

Final Sale Items
